Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 7-days return policy from the date of dispatch.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return:
- Please contact our customer service team at our WhatsApp number with your order number and reason for the return.
- Once approved, you will receive a return authorization through our official email ID and WhatsApp number, along with instructions for sending the item back.
Conditions for Returns
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt / order confirmation / Invoice) must be included with your return.
Return Shipping Costs
The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is safely received. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, if your return is approved, we will initiate the refund through the original method of payment. You will receive the refund amount within 7 business days, excluding the initial shipping charges.

Kindly note that products purchased at liyanajewellery.ae can be returned through the website by contacting our customer support team. The customer can opt for an exchange product option at the Liyana store in Dubai.
A Proof of purchase (receipt / order confirmation / Invoice) must be presented by the customer at the store.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take every precaution to ensure your jewellery arrives in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please get in touch with us immediately. We’ll either replace the item or issue a full refund, including covering the return shipping fees:
- Damaged/Defective Products: Notify us immediately, and we will help you arrange for a return and process your exchange or refund.
- Process: Kindly send us a photo of the damaged item, and we’ll take it from there. Our team will quickly arrange either a replacement or refund, based on your preference.
Inspection Upon Arrival
We highly recommend inspecting your jewellery as soon as you receive it. Should you notice any issues with the product or packaging, please reach out to our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt so we can assist you in resolving the matter quickly.
